One hundred and forty-eight lots have been graded and serviced, paving is nearly complete and prospective home buyers are welcome at the new Hudson in Creekstone development in southwest Calgary.
“Lots are ready to go and can be built on at any time,” says Highfield Development Group president Adrian Munro.
Munro says the 48.5-hectare (120-acre) Hudson project, with 26 hectares (65 acres) devoted to environmental reserve, is intended to appeal to those who want to be close to nature and still within easy reach of city amenities. Munro says 37 ridge lots offer views of the foothills and Rocky Mountains and have been set aside for “semi-estate” homes to be built by Broadview Homes.
Hudson in Creekstone is located just south of 210th Avenue S.W., on the west side of Macleod Trail. The location is about 25 minutes from the core and just a few minutes’ drive from the Seton YMCA, Sirocco Golf Club, McKenzie Meadows Golf Club, Fish Creek Provincial Park, extensive shopping and several schools.
